ANNIE NGUYEN - Physiotherapist
Annie loves working with children and families in their natural environment, where they best learn and thrive. She is passionate about supporting families by building their capacity to help their children achieve their full potential.
Annie Nguyen graduated from Latrobe University in 2006 with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy. She is currently studying post-graduate studies in Occupational Health and Safety. She firmly believes in providing her clients with best evidence based practice, and has completed a great variety of professional development courses and conferences, including the Basic Bobath Course, Monash University Paediatric Physiotherapy Module, Vestibular Level 1 and 2 courses and Pilates Level 1 course.
Annie has worked in public and private hospitals, and community settings in the adult and paediatric population in Melbourne. She has extensive experience in rehabilitation and specifically in neurological physiotherapy. She has worked with children with developmental delay, genetic disorders, cerebral palsy, intellectual disabilities and neurological conditions such as strokes. She enjoys working with children, families and collaborating with therapists to achieve their goals and maximise their participation in activities.
Outside of work, you will find her exploring the world with her 2 girls, yoga, baking yummy goodies, enjoying delicious food with friends, bush walking and reading.
