Gemma is a passionate and empathetic speech pathologist whose motivation stems from making meaningful, functional changes in the lives of her clients. With a broad interest across the field – from supporting literacy development and navigating phonological challenges to guiding families through the journey of AAC – she thrives on the connections she builds and the positive outcomes she helps create, all whilst having fun. Her approach is rooted in collaboration, whether with caregivers, educators, or interdisciplinary teams, and she’s driven by a commitment to inclusion, empowerment, and affirming neurodiversity.
